Are TOMATO dog clothes made in Korea?
Yes. TOMATO dog clothes are designed in Seoul and made in South Korea in collaboration with a Korean sample studio and manufacturer experienced in producing clothing for dogs.
We carefully review the fabric, fit, comfort, and finishing details throughout the development process.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Measure your dog’s chest circumference, back length, and neck circumference, then compare the measurements with the size chart provided on each product page.
Chest circumference is generally the most important measurement. Please do not choose a size based only on your dog’s weight, as dogs of the same weight may have different body shapes.
Product measurements may vary by approximately 1–4 cm depending on the fabric and measuring method.
Should I choose a larger size for a dog with thick or fluffy fur?
Not necessarily. A larger size is not always required for dogs with thick or fluffy fur.
Measure your dog without pressing the fur down too tightly and compare the chest circumference with the product’s measurements. Please also consider the fabric, fit, and whether you prefer a fitted or relaxed look.
If your dog’s measurement is close to the maximum measurement for a size, please contact us before ordering.
How should I choose the back length for a cropped style?
TOMATO’s cropped styles are intentionally designed to finish shorter than your dog’s full back length. Therefore, the garment’s back length may be shorter than your dog’s actual body measurement.
When choosing a size, check the chest circumference first and refer to the model dog’s body measurements and worn size to understand where the garment will sit on the body.
Can I layer a TOMATO T-shirt and cardigan in the same size?
Yes. Our T-shirts and cardigans are designed to be layered in the same size. The cardigans have a slightly more relaxed, rounded fit to provide enough room for layering.
For example, if your dog usually wears a size M in a TOMATO T-shirt, you can generally choose a size M cardigan as well.
Do you ship to Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong?
Yes. TOMATO ships internationally, including to Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

How long does international delivery take?
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and the shipping carrier.
Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please note that customs clearance or local circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged depending on the destination country’s regulations and the value of the order.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Return and exchange conditions may vary depending on the delivery destination and the applicable consumer protection regulations.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

How should I wash TOMATO clothing?
For longer-lasting wear, we recommend gently hand-washing the garment separately in cold water with a mild detergent.
Do not use bleach or a tumble dryer. Avoid soaking the garment for an extended period, and dry it naturally in the shade. Care instructions may vary depending on the fabric, so please check the care label attached to each product.
Can you help me choose a size?
Of course. If you are unsure about the size, send us your dog’s chest circumference, back length, neck circumference, weight, breed, and the name of the product you would like to purchase.
